Founded in 1979 by Argentine musician Bernardo Palombo, El Taller Latino Americano is a not-for-profit organization that presents cultural, artistic, and linguistic programs. The organization believes that shared creative experiences can help dispel fear and mistrust. Reaching around 15,000 people annually, El Taller offers a variety of programming, including concerts, exhibitions, K-12 workshops, and community partnerships. Celebrating 47 years, El Taller advances diversity, lifelong learning, and community engagement through its inclusive cultural initiatives.

Founded in 2024, Brooklyn Football Club is Brooklyn's professional soccer club. We are committed to representing, reflecting, and supporting our borough by providing a world-class soccer experience and authentic community engagement. We seek to use sport as a vehicle for social good, to empower our next generation of leaders, and put on display to the world the Brooklyn way.
Brooklyn FC features both men's and women's teams competing in the United Soccer League, playing out of Maimonides Park in Coney Island.
