Dahiu y Pop Filter

The adventure of Pop Filter
Unable to secure a deal with labels in Mexico City, the Trio opted to record its debut album on their own. After 4 years of playing and songwriting together and innumerous letters and mails from cyber friends who requested more of their Music, they embarked on this adventure; New York City became their temporary home and record studio. Their self-financed recordings resulted in the debut album "Pop Filter", an album of earnest Latin pop-rock in the vein of Julieta Venegas and Fito Paez, and clearly influenced by the Beatle maniac of its members. This group of talented young musicians has the winning formula to take the Latin music market by storm and demonstrate just how powerful Indie artists can be.

Dahiu (the lead singer) will be giving workshops in all the Spanish classes the week of the show!
