Arts for Art partners in collaboration with El Taller Latino Americano will present a program of creative music in East Harlem for the 4th consecutive year. The programming emphasizes African-American and Latinx artists working within the free tradition of improvised music and seeks to bridge the communities of East Harlem and the Lower East Side.
