Founded in 2005, One Soul Fellowship (OSF) is a multi-ethnic jazz group comprised of local musicians Haengsoo Seol, Franco Pinna, Art Hirahara, and Xavier Perez which provides free jazz concerts to underprivileged in East Harlem. 

In 2006, OSF was formally established as a non-profit arts organization with the mission to provide artistic services in both New York City and around the world. With the concept of "Susceptible Art", OSF is committed to fostering emotional relief through art appreciation and creative expression. OSF's music is unique, combining traditional jazz with hip-hop and classical music.
