A three night festival of avant-garde music and poetry, representing our diverse America - the original peoples, those brought here unwillingly, and those who have immigrated, by and for people of all ages and background. Arts for Art and El Taller Latino Americano partner to present the second annual Raza y Resistencia festival, an UnColumbus Celebration.
This night features pianist Craig Taborn with cellist Tomeka Reid and percussionist Ches Smith. The ingeniousCooper-Moore performs with Talibam! keyboardist Matt Mottell. Also on the bill is Indigenous saxophonist Mixashawn, and poet Miles Davis biographer Quincy Troupe.
